The problem with avatars is that they are subjective to the person reviewing them.

What one admin feels is appropriate, another feels its a violation.

Also avatars that were acceptable on Wednesday with certain Admins are now an issue on Friday with the same Admins for whatever reason (personal or otherwise).

It leads to posters questioning policies (which is a completely normal response) to admins now making ultimatums because of the perceived questioning of authority (which sometimes it is and sometimes it is merely asking a question for clarification)

Its all very confusing. Vague rules, varying stances, bruised egos, perceived drama.

here is the scoop on avy's hammer got an e mail from google thursday about nsfw and it included avy's .. they were telling him that if we dont clean it up they were going to yank his adsence account and then he would not have any revenue coming in .. and google is very peculiar on what they want .. nothing ever seams to be good enough for google cause this was hammers second warning .. next warning they yank his account .. and they will yank the account and then send the 3rd and final warning saying we told ya so .. and they dont give him much time to clean stuff up ..

Had that problem back at CBS when I kept losing my head. Chan would approve this avatar at night and then admin 6 would behead me again come morning. It went back and forth for a few days with them locking heads over it until admin 6 finally came out ahead. What a sorehead.
