I like the Wiz. In L.I. his plus/minus was horrible. However the Isles defense was so banged up that it really wasn't his fault. Wiz was trying to do too much. I think he'd be a good fit in Detroit.

I've got him in the Hamrlik, McCabe, Salo category....Water I don't want to tread. But we all know the Wings and they might sign him just for his experience and compete level. (or so Howard has a punching bag in practice)

I liked him and hope (but doubt) he returns to the Habs. Very good offensively and not bad defensively. Pretty tough too, playing through some injuries.

For a year or two I feel you could do worse than Hamrlik. He isnt getting any younger but last year he was very quietly a pretty effective player.

I think Stuart would be a good choice. I'd play Wiz with a defensive defenseman because Wiz is going to be the guy who rushes up the ice with the puck or make the outlet pass.
