Way-too-early 2021 MLB Power Rankings: What's next for Dodgers, Rays and all 30 teams
Sure, the 2020 season just ended. No, we haven't a clue how the offseason will play out. We're ranking all 30 MLB teams for next year anyway.
Of course we all know rankings, even during an active campaign, mean jack squat. It's only a snapshot at that particular moment of how teams tend to measure up against one another. So a super early take on the power rankings for next season is about as useful as tits on a bull. Still, I find it fascinating that the Sox are ranked 5th overall and 2nd only to the AL champs in the junior circuit. The suggestion given in the evaluation is the capt obvious one: we need another veteran starter to help solidify the rotation. This is far and away our top priority and it should be the intense focus from Hahn & co.
