i consider this shortened season kind of like 2 seasons in one for the canucks in the sense it will take 2 years off the older players skill. We will suffer this year.

Im not one to put alot of emphasis on " the window" especially with the sedins

Their game was never based on speed its based on brains and i only see them getting wiser. They still are the hardest working and most fit canucks

That being said, they are gonna be pushed so hard in this compressed season. With the injuries they will be playing alot more minutes. Plus the injuries (and the uncertainty of how refs will "manage" games) means the canucks are going to play that ugly defensive style they played down the stretch last season after daniel got concussed. Vigneault gillis and gillman have said to be prepared for a defensive strategy. Not gonna win us anything imo
