i think they were steadfast in wanting a centre who could help now, a prospect and a first rounder

I think not moving Kesler at the trade dealine could turn out to be just fine for the Canucks, it's not as if his value will diminish over the next three months. Besides, who doesn't want to see the weasel step up to the podium at the entry draft and say "We have a trade to announce"
