"Pettigrew doesn't have drop issues, that's why he averages less than 1 thrown ball his way per game."

Suh was ranked 2 vs the run in 2014. That's reality.
But what was he ranked 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013?

Oh wait, who cares, it's 2015, right?! Convenient how that one works both ways for you.

Also, do you have a link on that 2014 PFF ranking you keep throwing around? The reason I ask is because you tend to lie on here, kind of a lot, so I don't believe much of what you say without some evidence to back it up.

Was wrong about 5-11
Was wrong about Dennard

:comeatmebro:
Don't forget about being dead wrong on Fairley being a great DT. You seemed pretty sure that was going to happen...

Look it up yourself. It's been posted on this board before.

After 2010-2013 seasons, The Lions fired Gunther, fired Schwartz and then got down on their hands and knees and BEGGED Suh to "come to his senses".

Who drafted Fairley?

Regardless of what anyone thinks of Pettigrew, he's still the best TE the Lions have.

Which is equivalent to being the tallest midget.

So, no, you don't have a link and we can all assume you just made that up, like you often do when you're being made to look like a fool...

Good to know, kind of suspected that was the case, but you were nice enough to confirm it for me.

Here you go ya big stupid dope.

Why adding Ndamukong Suh will get the Dolphins more than nine wins

The Dolphins featured a pass rush that was rated by the game charters at Pro Football Focus as the second best unit in the league last season, behind the Baltimore Ravens. Cameron Wake, the 33-year-old edge rusher from Beltsville, Md., is the focal point. He was the highest rated 4-3 defensive end in the game, getting to the quarterback 65 times over 427 pass-rushing snaps for 12 sacks, 14 hits and 39 hurries plus one batted pass. On the right side was Olivier Vernon, who brought also brought the heat, pressuring the quarterback 48 times over 449 pass-rush snaps. "That's nothing special!" remarked future homeless UP town nut job, Trevor Paulus.

Since entering the league four years ago, Suh was selected to four Pro Bowls and was named first-team all-pro on three occasions. Last season he tallied eight sacks, 12 hits and 37 hurries on the quarterback — the most total pressure among any defensive tackle.

He was also graded by Pro Football Focus as the second-best run-stopping defensive tackle in the game.

Haha- love your little temper-tantrums. They show all your insecurities. For example, you like to call others fat, regardless of whether or not they are indeed fat. Imo it's because you're pretty over weight yourself, so you're trying to deflect your shame by belittling others on here.

It's kind of sad, dawg... treating other people like shit will end up getting you in the end, though.

See- that wasn't so hard to actually back up one of your claims, now was it?

And no- 6.5 sacks is nothing special. Our 3rd DE had 6 last season in far less snaps than Oliver played. He's decent, maybe even pretty good. Nothing special, though.

And I like how the link you gave shows Marcel Dareus as being the one DT better than Suh against the run last year... you keep using Suh's entire career with your very transparent attempt at making him look like the most productive DT in the league in every conceivable category over the last few years, but it's already been pointed out that if you knock that time span down to four years- to include when Dareus has been in the NFL- Suh no longer dominates in every category.

But keep trying to twist stats to suit your argument, champ. Hasn't worked for you yet, but who knows- maybe some day you'll get lucky and finally win one of these arguments that you're constantly picking on here. I doubt it, but maybe...

Suh was no.2 vs the run in 2014. He's also led all DT in all major categories his entire career. Now he's in Miami where their run D is superior to the Lions run D. Just deal with it, dawg.

Actually -- in 2014 -- Detroit was #1 against the run. Miami was #24 against the run. You stated how teams never ran at Suh, so replacing the production against the run of a guy who only had 1 carry a game shouldn't be too difficult. Especially when the guy replacing him is better against the run. :)

Which Suh will Miami get? The one Austin turned into a success against the run or the Suh who ranked as one of the worst DT's against the run his few handful of years?

4 years of being bad-to-mediocre against the run vs. one great year against the run?

His history says that Miami is getting the Suh from most of his career- i.e. not a very good run defender, because the key to his success, Austin and his scheme, are still here in the D.

Suh chose money over success on the field. That was his choice, but it is what it is...

Suh is at least better than Odrick against the run who he is replacing. Still if Koa Misi is not 100% they are still in trouble though as most of the rest of their back 7 is not good versus the run.

Doesn't matter what fans think when it's obvious the coaches have zero faith in him as a pass catcher.

While I am not a fan of Pettigrew -- I think his pass catching attempts were cut down, in part, to the addition Ebron and the fact, Detroit couldn't pass protect to save their lives last year. So when he was in the game -- it was to help out blocking either for a run or pass play.

That being said -- IMO, fumbles were a bigger issue with Pettigrew than drops. I'm not sure how many he had, but he never fumbled when we first drafted him and then it seemed like he had like a half dozen over the last couple years before Tate was signed.
