LOL Pretty sure that even many FSU fans wouldn't buy Bucs tickets to see Winston play. And people who claim that he is "pro ready" overlook a lot of poor play this past season. He certainly has a lot of ability, but he also threw a lot of picks and often made poor decisions, both on and off the field. Very risky pick, in my opinion.

Win what? A college playoff game? I can give you a laundry list of QB's that have won just as much in college but have amounted to nothing in the NFL.

For the record - I have nothing against Mariota, but drafting him an #2 would be a huge mistake imo. The only system I could see him possibly working in is Chip Kelly's and even that is a stretch. The NFL is a different game. Mariota would be a boy among men.

Mariota is good no doubt. I will take him a bit to get into the flow of a pro style offense though. The Spread O can be mixed into where ever he goes too (see Cam Newton), but it's going to take awhile for it all to sink in AND for him to get used to the speed of the defenses in the NFL. If he plays the NFC West, he might want to take those games off.

I agree he's got some learning and more to prove, but undrafted? Shit he's better than Shaun Hill who started for us this year. I think the Oregon O-line got manhandled against OSU and it didn't help his cause, but I don't think it will sink him.
