Van Noy, a second-round pick out of BYU last year, has emerged as the Lions' No. 4 linebacker, though his playing time has been erratic since the Week 9 bye.

Kind of what I was alluding to. I would sit NGata and Lewis and let these guys play. Speaking of D-line, I thought Kyrie Thorton was decent last game. Actually the whole rotation was not bad.

Too bad our LBs and Safeties (Tully & JDiggs mostly) sucked. They were free to make tackles and made some bad misses. Granted Gurly is real good, but I think those guys are too old to get it done anymore against the young guys. At least in this scheme anyway.

tbh, I didn't even watch that game. it had no appeal to me.

those two had been sucking all season. try the youngin's out and see what they have.

Whitehead should be playing MBL for the remainder of the season, imo. Bynes gets moved around, Gandy had to make me aware of that. Let Van Noy get whatever reps at SLB on run downs.
