Did you really get offended by that? I'm not bashing Alabama.....I'm saying I just watched Bo Pelini brain wash his own players into thinking they're worthless because they made a mistake.

I also watched Tom Osborne for many years. He handled it differently and his players trusted him a lot more.

I don't mind yelling, but pointing at the bench and yelling "sit your ass down, you ain't playin again!" That's psycho.

It's all a matter of if they take it personal or not. When everyone gets their ass chewed constantly you know it's not personal. In the army, none of us took it personal and generally expected it.
