The Supreme Court does not deal with guilt or innocence. It agrees to determine whether or not the law was followed in any case.

As to whether or not, a person that was not charged with a crime can be sentenced to punishment in a case that allegedly involves criminal activity is indeed an important case. I believe there is a good chance they might accept it.

So the very interesting thing is that back when the NFL announced the suspension it was before the season started. They thought they were being clever and were very specific that he would be suspended for 6 "regular-season games". In their own stupid way they thought they were above reproach and this would never drag out through the season and potentially drag into the post season.

The NFL came out today and said that he would be suspended for playoff games too, but I can guaran-damn-tee you that will be fought in court as well. The suspension statement, signed by all those jackasses in the NFL headquarters clearly said regular-season games.

Goodell once again can't get out of his own fucking way. In his quest to be the largest dickhole in the world he once again trips himself up.

He is going to miss the first Eagles game at this point if he plays this weekend or not. He will play in week 17 if he plays this weekend and starts the suspension next week. Same diff for the Eagles games.

That's if they make the playoffs !!!!....I've reminded fans many times, it's not as important how you start the season but more how you finish it....Injuries, weather, suspensions, and momentum all come into play....
Zeke is only one player, not like he's a Jim Brown or OJ Simpson type that their team lived and died by....There's other weapons on that team also, not just him....So maybe Jerry feels more concerned about making the post instead of the other way around...
