The administrative stay is not a suprise. They only way he did not get a stay is of the 2nd Court of Appeals refusde to hear the appeal. It make sense to grant the stay until the hearing and decision.

He is going to miss the first Eagles game at this point if he plays this weekend or not. He will play in week 17 if he plays this weekend and starts the suspension next week. Same diff for the Eagles games.
