I would like to hear Murph;s explanatiun.

Not trying to bait you. I am just telling you that you come across as giving management excuses no matter what they do. If they trade Profar based on his upcoming FA and the window you say it was necessary. You refuse to say it is necessary to trade Minor before it happens even though FA and window are just as relevant with him as it was Profar.
What we have seen tonight is all the reason you need to not chase a wild card.
Not enough pieces and some we have are not ready to do nothing but learn and get better. The lineup looked totally out of sorts tonight. Usually these guys rake at home.
I agree.I don’t agree with this!
Should’ve let Choo hit and if the game was extended, then pinch hit Santana for odor.
Chavez needs DFA'DLeclerc needs to be taken out of the closers role.
Rome was not built in a day and this team won't be either. Too many problems to be resolved as witnessed tonight.
Probably Bannister.... in search of Crawler.
What the fans think and how hard the Rangers fight to win have nothing to do with each other.I was looking at the stats and we have several Mendoza’s on the team. Here’s the list.
Ikf - .200
Delino- .192
Mathis - .170
Wisdom- .154
Odor- .145
The only acceptable ones in my mind are ikf, Mathis, and wisdom. Wisdom is overmatched and will go back down to the minors shortly. We knew Mathis was terrible with the bat, we just wanted him for his superb defense.
I’ll give ikf the benefit of the doubt because he’s focused so much of his time and effort into learning a new position. He hasn’t been as good at the plate as i expected him to be.
Delino and Odor. What the heck? These guys are both given everyday player status and they can barely get hits or get on base.
I’ve had ranger fans tell me that “ this is a rebuilding year, who cares” well I think that’s loser talk! People pay their hard earned money to go to these games and people spend their valuable time watching this team on tv, the least the rangers can do is fight as hard as possible to win. If we get to the point where we’re 20 games out in July, then I don’t care if we drop games, but until we get to that point this team needs to fight!
I’ve also had people say “ I don’t care about wins, I just want to see our young core develop”. Once again, I think that’s crazy talk. The Oakland A’s weren’t expecting to compete last year and that team won a wild card. The job of the manager is to try and win games. I think the team gets way too caught up in the promising guys spots / playing time and rigidly sticking to that plan.
The reality is that odor and Delino barely look like major league players right now. I hope we are ready to make some changes in a few weeks if these guys don’t pick it up.
