So he pays himself 14 million dollars a year to rent a stadium out to himself.
If MLB take the Dodgers from him, he will then become the landlord because he will own the team and the land.
This will allow a new owner to build a new Stadium in downtown and McLoan will get rent from no one as a new owner will tell him to go Fuck himself.
