Each of these will require dropping/DFA someone. The obvious 1st drop is Brad Miller after that I’m sure everyone has a favorite to go

You can probably add Otto to that list as well.

I wonder if trades will open up a 40 man spot or two either late in June or early in July.

The mistake they made in placing Ornelas on the 40, may necessitate trading him.

They probably will, but I think they have other moves they can do first. The will need multiple spots and I think later this month or early July, Miller gets put on the 60-day.

It shouldn’t be a matter of like or dislike it should be what is he bringing physically to the team. I doubt if DFA’ed any other team would pick him up and we would be paying him anyway so make him an assistant hitting coach
