No More "Bullpen Failure"
Danny Duffy pitched a clean inning tonight. He had two strikeouts.
Too costly and I don’t want to help the Angels be good in the future.Anyone change their mind about pursuing a trade for Ohtani if he is available?
I tend to lean that way myself, but not as much as I did a couple of days ago.Too costly and I don’t want to help the Angels be good in the future.
I would be interested if most of what we gave up were position players still in the minors. I do not want to give them more than one pitching prospect. Now when he becomes a free agent next year I say empty your pockets.I tend to lean that way myself, but not as much as I did a couple of days ago.

If we are actually interest in him wait until offseason when all it would take is money and not prospectsnot for what it would take, no.

Agreed, what I like about this team is that there really isn't one guy that's the center of attention, they all seem to play off one another really well. Ohtani seems to be a bit of a primadonnanot for what it would take, no.
Don’t think he would like this team he would be one among 26 other good playersAgreed, what I like about this team is that there really isn't one guy that's the center of attention, they all seem to play off one another really well. Ohtani seems to be a bit of a primadonna
Do you have any idea why his SO9 is down so much?
The thought is, they would seek young outfielders, either already in the big leagues or very close to being ready. They already have plenty of middle infield prospects.
