Don't thinks so @SUBuddha. I've stated already that I have no real hope that the Bruins will do anything this season, and besides that, I can't remember the last time the Bruins even beat Stanford. No, I don't even see a cover to the Stanford -3 line but who knows.
Cheer up , Vita. The Bruins don't have to do much. All the power is in the North, so a six or seven win South team will be in the CCG. And could win it, too.

Those two can be spoilers .I just dont see them winning the division.
Both very well could be the reasons one of the 3 you mentioned will end up pulling away. Better bring your A game every week or you are going to trip up and fall back quickly.

I'm not sure things are that much more clear in the South though either. USC isn't entirely out of it, UCLA and Utah both have some questions and both can be dangerous and Colorado is suddenly not the same easy out they used to be.

Oh, they have enough to be the losers in the PAC12 CCG again NN. Well, unless Washington takes the North...

This is just another scary stat.

Not that absurd considering the USC Dline was considered to be their big weakness this year. Stanford attacked them were they were soft and tore it up. Smart call by Shaw.

I'm really looking forward to this weekend. Finally some real Pac-12 match ups that should start to give some shape to the standings.

Why do teams like Stanford & Washington State have their Bye Week so early? Surely they didn't decide to do that? Is it the conference that determines it?

I feel like he doesn't even meltdown proper anymore. It's like he's just going through the motions.

So how worried do we got to be of Oregon State this Saturday? I watched a little of the OSU v. Minnesota game and if we play like we did against WSU looks like it could be a nail biter. :noidea:

Well on paper Boise should win given the state of their program vs Oregon State's, but the beavers look like they have a little bite this year. If the broncos are as inconsistent as they were against the cougs it's going to be a long day. They are young and still getting it together, but they do have some talent on that squad.

Damn that sucks. I hate seeing major injuries like that take a season from a kid.

Yes the league does that. Stanford has limited flex in their schedule in the best of years.

Is there any reason? Having your best team play 11 consecutive weeks with no breaks is brutal.

@Lucas Stanford has a standing game with ND as one of their non-conference games. Add to that the fact that Cal and Stanford always play both LA schools (part of the negotiations when they added Colorado and Utah). This means that Stanford effectively has 3 open weeks. Depending on the schedule of the OOC teams they are playing it can vary greatly.

However, in the even years, Stanford generally has a really early or really late bye IIRC due to the constraints of ND and both LA schools being on their schedule.

Well, without knowing a better way to describe it, all I can say is that sucks. It's also a huge disadvantage to Stanford and the other schools

What really sucked was Arizona got their bye the last week of the season last year, so no bye, just an early end to the season.

Pac-12 needs to get their shit together then. First, make the Pac12 Network more accessible nation wide, and find the stupid BYE weeks.
