I'm not ready to write off Stanford in the North.

Neither am I, but they did lose quite a bit of senior talent all over team. They got a new QB this year. Yes, they got McCaffrey, but he can only do so much himself.
They got a tough schedule as well.

They won't drop too much. Like Alamo / Holiday bowl quality, but they may not quite have it all together to be PAC champ quality.

As for Washington, enjoying the love and those recognizing that Petersen is again building something special, but still got a lot to prove to back up all this love in 2016.

Gators are known for their gator roll, Cougars are known for their massive bite force and dragging their prey away. What the hell link do you need, you know Cougs fans since there as many Cougs in the Puget Sound as Mutt fans, when the Jaws music hits our defense was stout, when the Empire March is played we are on our way for a score. Basic Coug stuff, unlike that god awful siren when Mutts are kicking off and the few times they score.

Gator chomp, Jaws music, Empire March.......Jesus, have you guys done anything original????

I guess the idea of a mountain lion actually living in a wheat field is something new.....

I always get a good laugh when I'm at a USC away game like Notre Dame and I hear the other teams band play the Imperial March (Darth vadors theme) when George Lucas is a USC Alum. It's like the Trojans playing Rudy to fire up the players.

Next season they will be touching a sign that says "Play like a champion today" on their way to the field and between the 3rd and 4th quarters they will play shout and jump around.
all of these will be fresh new ideas never before seen by college football.

Nike pays them to wear the gear no? Not the other way around. Your analogies suck btw.
suck like yours where you compare other schools playing the Imperial March because Lucas went to USC but John Williams is the one who actually wrote it and he went to UCLA?

USC gets commitment from CJ Miller 3* DB out of Powder Springs GA. 6'1" 188. He's got 20 offers from smaller schools but word is he's about to be on everyones radar. DB is instinctual and athletic position. He's got the right size and he's got a 4.38 forty time so technique is what he needs.

Sophomore ATH/WR Kirk Merritt has announced that he has decided to transfer from Oregon.

Merritt, who was a 4-star recruit and considered one of the Top10 APBs for last years class, played on special teams for 12 games during the 2015 season, and was expected to become a feature of the Ducks offense this season as well.

Niu has 3* by 247 and scout and espn but 4* by Rivals so when you see OD talking about him as a 4* that's why.

ESPN is hopelessly biased in their recruit rankings.

I like 24/7. They do a fair job.

DT Josh Bowcut (Sherwood, OR) has committed to Oregon St.. He may of generated more offers this year, but appears he wanted to stay close to home so there you go. Beavs were the first P5 offer and he jumped on it.

Actually Oregon St. had a really nice week of recruiting with 5 commitments occurring over the past couple days. In addition to Bowcut, the Beavs landed:

3-star RB Isaiah Miller (Jacksonville, FL)
3-star CB Justin Gardner (Snellville, GA)
3-star WR Kaleb Hayes (San Bernardino, CA)
WR/ATH Arex Flemings (LA, CA)
