Nah, we are talking 2016 Dawgs and Cats, not 2016 ducks :peep:
Come on man, you know when you are talking to duck fans you can't abbreviate names or use nicknames. They struggle with those things. What were you thinking? :tsk:

I've never heard WSU referred to as the 'cats'. I've always seen and said 'Cougs' (IE Couging it).

'Cougs' aren't just your mom on a typical weekend. They are indeed in the cat family.

USC gets some much needed help from Utah DL graduate transfer. Also was interested in Alabama and Nebraska.

But the atomic meltdowns occurring today on Duck boards is worth the price off admission.

The meltdowns were epic when Marlon Tuipulotu committed to Washington, but now Ducks are acting like its a full blown media conspiracy that Wash and Stanford are being picked over them for PACN 2016. Sweet, sweet music.

Happy aloha Friday PAC peeps!!!! Enjoy the summer.

Lots of recruiting activity down in the PAC South today.

3-star S Xavier Bell (Santa Ana, CA) committed to Arizona.

3-star S Scott Young (La Mesa, CA) committed to Arizona.

Graham hit the local mother lode with 3 - 3 star commits from Saguaro H.S. (Scottsdale, AZ) for ASU.

OG Corey Stephens, TE Jared Poplawski, TE Kyle Soelle.

3-stars Tristin and Zyon McCollum (twin brothers who both play the CB position) (Galveston, TX) have committed to Utah.

why does that make you happy? if its true wouldn't UW have a bit of that curse too?
I'm not expecting UW to be in the CCG, but I'm not ruling it out either. While it's true that Oregon and Stanford both have substantial questions going into the year, UW has a few of it's own and some questions about depth for sure.

But them picking USC > UW in the CCG could just curse the outcome, not the participants.

We actually aren't suppose to use the term Wazzu, and fuck the Dogs and Cats bs..UW alums are so stupid they spell Dogs, Dawgs, Bulldogs ok not a school who's mascot isn't an actually Husky. It's like if we change Butch's costume into Simba.

Petersen twittered out a WOOF an hour ago. While not confirmed yet, reports are that the Huskies might of landed their QB for the 2017 class. Pro-style QB Jake Haener (Danville,CA). He was one of the QBs who participated in the recent Elite 11 event.

I will keep everyone updated as the biggest PAC news story of the year develops...

You got the kid but the biggest news story of the year? He's a pro style QB and he' 6' tall 188 and a 3*. Akron, eastern Washington,Florida Atlantic, Northern Arizona, Northern Colorado, Toledo, Middle Tenn State. Those were his other offers ( not one PAC team othe than the Huskies). Did you think you wouldn't get him?

Yep. It's official. He's committed to Washington.

Haener threw for 3,005 yards and 35 touchdowns in 2015 - at Monte Vista high school. He's been tremendous in the spring and summer camp season and jumped at the Huskies offer. Nice to have that position locked up for the class. Always nice to get your QB early and concentrate on the other positions. We got a need at Oline and need to land some beef there for sure. 3 to 4 for the class.

This year was going to be a tougher sell for landing a QB commit. Jake Browning has 3 more years of eligibility and Jacob Sirmon has already committed for the '18 class. Sirmon is already rated 5-stars at most recruiting sites which is just ridiculous for a junior. Hope that one sticks as long way to go, but looking good as he appears set to be a Dawg and has good relationship with our coaching staff. Film of his play will make your mouth drop. He looks like a man among boys out there.

Jack Sears and Chase Garbers were both considered targets for our '17 class, but they probably are looking for schools that would present better opportunities to start as sophs/red shirt fresh, etc... This wil benefit other PAC schools who were interested in them.
