As a dude who hates Leach with a passion, hard pass right there. Helfrich reminds me so much of Bill Doba and Larry Coker. Seem like great guys but are better suited as assistant coaches than the head guy.

Got to agree with that one. And Uncle Phil has too much money invested to let this go on. Helfrich hot seat will be red hot this year and I'm sure some heads will roll on the defensive staff this year under Phil's orders which will set everything in motion. Ducks will have an entirely new coaching staff by 2017. Phil will get some NFL guy in there who has the same ethics as Saban to make sure those W's are maintained no matter what.

I don't know, seems like that is one of there issues, they use to have these QB's groomed and ready to step in,
granted defensive side of coaches need to be reamed, or let go.....
