no, it is for home only. I was trying to say that I will get usually 7 tix and sometimes 6. Through the years I have had them, we have had 8 and 9 game schedules. Every year, 6 or 7 tix. Out of those, I don't want half of them to be OOC. With 8 game conf schedule that is a possibility.

thought so. we get 8 or 7 instead of 7 or 6.

Here ya go, Out of my 20 years as a season ticket holder, Oregon has lost two times at home OOC.

Way better chance of getting beat in conference than OOC @ home. ANd lets face it. The big dogs rarely play road OOC. Sometimes, but it is the exception and not the rule.

sure they do

And this nonsense that SEC teams deserve to have 2/3 of their games at home every year is baffling.

The SEC would end up with 7 every year with a 9 game conf schedule. The years you get 5 home conf you play your one decent road OOC and the other year you play that one at home. It literally takes away that 8th game every other year.

I'm not sure what Mamba is talking about as most Pac teams play 7 home every year. 6 has to be rare.

Our cupkcakes regularly go to bowl games.....

Which bowls were Samford and Louisiana Tech in last year? Must have missed those. San Jose State? Yeah, they've been to two bowl games in the last 25 years. Keep on talking. :laugh3:

Why is it baffling that a team would prefer to play 2/3 of its games at home:

1. More money to the university, less expenses.
2. More money to the city the university is in.
3. More games and tailgating your fans get to do.
4. More wins, more bowls, more NCs.

Yeah, can't imagine why a team would want 2/3 of its games at home. :noidea:

By the way, one of our home games is in Jacksonville Florida every other year. So we are already at a disadvantage there.

This from a fan that would prefer 9 IC games, and whose team has played at least 2 BCS OOC all but 2 years for the Richt Era.
