I just realized, UW has the same number of Rose Bowl trophies as Oregon since 2000. You say "Rose Bowls" like it's plural, like you've won more than one in this dominant time of yours.

I am sure Oregon would have a National Title as well or at least a half if we were allowed to play the #4 ranked team in the Nation instead of a top 2 like we have now.

I mean, you beat a one loss Michigan team in the Rose Bowl who lost by 20 to FSU , they were ranked #4. Pre BCS NATTYs were subject at best when you dont even play one of the top 2 teams.

Well, the NATTY was the RB in 2001 so Oregon would have gone that year but instead went to the Fiesta to curb stomp CU.

The 2000 RB you won came when you tied Oregon and Oregon State for the conference title. COuld have been any one of the 3 that played Purdue. Just happened your team was still sort of relevant then.
