Putting too much on Sark for the ASU "debacle". ASU is tough at home and even Graham says the team played their best game with him as coach. After that, you only have losses to UO and Stanford, as everyone who plays them will. Why all the remorse?

I agree with you that ASU is tough at home, there is no doubt about it. But at the time ASU was a team that was supposed to be a team with a similar level to UW and not only did we lose to ASU but we were destroyed by them. It did not even look like we were trying. It would have been one thing to lose to ASU, I could have handled that. But it was the way we lost to ASU, we were completely demolished by them and put forward a pathetic effort altogether.

In weird news UCLA freshman Miles Jack was named offensive player of the week for last week.

After seeing how bad Ucla was @ Arizona last week. I would like to say that ASU is the best team in the south.

He played at Bellevue High School I believe. Shame UW missed out on him. Looks like he is having a really good freshman year. He has been even better than I expected.

He's been UCLA's best player. And this is a team that will have 2 first round picks playing on it.

Good to see a Washington product playing well. Would have been nice to see him do it for UW though.

I'd be more than willing to trade all the Washington players on our squad for all the California players on yours.

FSU.

They have more offensive power. You aren't going to grind the clock down on Alabama like Stanford did against Oregon to win. Alabama will stop the run. That is how you beat tempo teams like Oregon, it's not how you beat Alabama.

I thought you bama boyz liked SMASH MOUTH FOOTBALL? Guess not

Like Bama can't be beat? Shaw throws when he has too, otherwise he just runs. With Mosley running amuck all the time the only team I see competing 4 quarts w/ Bama IS Stanford.

What 10-7...17-10:doh: games you no likey?

west coast mod...err bias

Speaking of "bias" I found myself perplexed by this...

Head gump honk 420 posts:

1. Ohio St
2. Alabama
3. Florida St
4. Baylor
5. Stanford
6. Clemson
7. Missouri
8. Michigan St
9. Oregon
10. Arizona St
11. UCF
12. Wisconsin

18. Texas A&M
19. BYU
20. LSU
21. Houston
22. Auburn
23. Miami
24. USC
25. Fresno St

He just puts all the undefeated team up top and somehow moves Stanford up 1 NOTCH and OREGON down 7 NOTCHES. Now IF THAT DON'T PASS the "smell/eyeball test" then I'm not sure what does. What kind of ranking system or there lack of does he use OTHER THAN a "biased" one?:laugh3:

Food for thought?:suds:

All right its time to stop the kissing and hugging, lets get back to the topic, who "fits" better Stanford or FSU to play Bama for the title????

FSU fits better if you want Bama to lose. Stanford if you want Bama to win...

Why? I'm in a PAC thread talking about PAC clubs.

BTW... Oregon slips to 6th and Stanford to 3rd in my OP in the polls for what that nonsense deserves.

I hate complaining about my favorite team not getting respect but UCLA not ranked? I guess we'll learn a lot this week.

Miles Jack is freaking awesome

Tearing it up on defense then that.

Bellevue Hi is the premier HS football program in the NW.

Budda Baker, smaller than Jack plays both ways as well...

5*

Down to UO and UW
