But guaranteed after the coug loss that the usual B1G homers are going to be at it about how bad the Pac is, and how much more of frauds we are, etc. Cougs took out a fair amount of street cred for pretty much every team with a pulse from the Pac.

Fuckers screwed us all pretty good.

Cougs not doing their thing tonight gives you more margin of error. That's all but gone now not having a top 10 team on the slate.

Maybe, but If UW goes 13-0 I don't see them being left out. Still I just find it amusing that so many of the talking heads just assume that all the top teams in the P5 conferences are going to go undefeated and there won't be any upsets, when that is almost never the case. Not anymore.

Oh there's no doubt that 13-0 gets you in. That wasn't ever in question, but there was at least a thin hope that 12-1 could do the same like last year, but Stanford is down (rising, but would be back down after a loss to UW again), ducks are in the dirt, UCLA has issues, Utah could be on the verge of a collapse, and now WSU went tits up on ESPN in grand fashion.

Run the table or you got no hope of a top 4. Period. None.

Remember it was 10 total losses in a row both home and away until last year when they got destroyed in Seattle.

That's pretty surprising. Not like ASU has been a powerhouse over the duration of that time.

I remember the game we last played there I felt like we should've won even though we lost by 10 points or something. I felt we outplayed them but just missed a lot of opportunities and had some shitty penalties if I'm correct.
