Did you watch that game on Thursday? Their fans were rushing to the exits when it started raining and it was barely a sprinkle by our standards. I was laughing. Game was very much in question and fans were leaving in droves.

Here is the problem with this season, it has a feel of a past season. See that split title year I had buddies on that team, (yep I'm old) prior to that title year the Dawgs were also undefeated until a upset against them happened one loss that season, one of my buddies to this day still has a hard time with that lose, ( it was his senior year).

The huskys should be favored ,USC is unranked but they have been playing better and have a decent shot because they have the NFL bodies, just not the discipline and the same coaching.

Agree. Washington will definitely be better. When we get to that game, they will likely still be ranked at least #4, unbeaten and playing at home.

USC has the frontline talent to beat them, but not the depth. Especially at Husky Stadium. Those fans are going to be insane. It will be the loudest, most hostile crowd this team has ever seen.

They were scared. We haven't had rain in so long, no one knew what was happening. Thought the sky was melting.

Jim, a huge amount of seats at our place are not under cover. I don't sit under cover. And I've never had to leave for weather. Sat through some really bad storms there. That's northwest football.

We all have like one jacket for the rain. Trouble is we cant remember where it is since its usually a year since it rained last. So Im betting most went to the game without gear hopeing it didnt rain. The three years I lived in Newport Beach I wore shorts and flipflops except when I was working . then it was shorts and tennis shoes. Lol

Here its the sun for the early season games. No ocean breeze so it can get hot. I dont know how the people do it in AZ . it was 132 degrees on the field when USC played Arizona a few weeks back.
I have been to a couple 18-20 degree games in South Bend.

I only wear a parka on the slopes. Usually just wear a hoodie in the rain.
