Interesting but the NCAA lists USC's last National Championship as being in 2004. You can claim it doesn't count but this is the only site that I know that is maintained by the NCAA.

Last legit solo claim on a NC trophy for SC is actually 1972.

The only NC that matters is Ohio's 2015 trophy. I can see a legit argument for BCS champs as they actually played in a legit NC game.

The only legit NC game SC played in they lost.

2004 they were cheaters. 2003 they didn't even play in a NC game.

I got no beef with USC. I respect the program and tradition. in the grand scheme of things, the fans are way better and more humble than other programs with multiple titles.

USC always said they weren't involved in what went on in San Diego and the NCAA said they full cooperated. USC wasn't going to admit to wrongdoing when there was no wrong doing . Failure to monitor is different than flat out cheating by buying players. lol.
