Washington State raises Mike Leach’s salary by $500,000 and adds $500,000 to the salary pool for assistant coaches
WSU athletic director Bill Moos amended the contract for head coach Mike Leach to raise his annual media compensation from $100,000 a year to $600,000 per year, raising his total guaranteed annual compensation to $2.75 million.
That figure puts Leach behind only Washington’s Chris Petersen and UCLA’s Jim Mora among the Pac-12 public schools.
Oregon state over UW is not an uncommon pick. UW lost leading passer, rusher and receiver. they return 2 of their top 6 receivers only. but a good solid O line. Good D line but average in the LB and DB.
OS on the other hand returns leading passer, and top 2 rushers, lost top WR but only lose 2 of top 6. Oline is not very good though. Bad D line but solid at LB and DB
I'm beginning to like this guy..".spot on" me peabrudda!
RB's are gonna be a goodie Oly!

I would be surprised if OS didnt run a bit more. long history of good RB both Woods and Ward are solid enough. but like I said not much o line to speak of. and with the return of Mannion I would expect a lot of throwing still.
There is some rumblings that 2015 4-star DE Canton Kaumatule (Honolulu, HI) who was considered a heavy lean to Stanford and one of the top Dline recruits on the westcoast may not be able to hit the academic requirements to be accepted, and thus the other PAC schools are all in renewed pursuit mode. Oregon, USC, UCLA, and Washington all have offers to him.
More to add to the legion of zoom Really hate that they named themselves that. Super lame.
