Mamba freaked out in another thread over rumors on twitter that there were more suspensions coming today (besides the one yesterday for weed on their WR) and there was something about 7 probation violations against the school looming. Someone was spreading rumors about sanctions and whatnot.

I'm sure there isn't anything to them. Rumors on twitter are the norm.

Mamba freaked out in another thread over rumors on twitter that there were more suspensions coming today (besides the one yesterday for weed on their WR) and there was something about 7 probation violations against the school looming. Someone was spreading rumors about sanctions and whatnot.

I'm sure there isn't anything to them. Rumors on twitter are the norm.

Ducks are still in the probation period for their sanctions so when these things happen, it can trigger a heavy reaction from the NCAA. I believe part of the terms of their sanctions were they had to clean up all the drug related activity their players kept getting popped for. Helfrich did do some mandated house cleaning of the Kelly longest yard roster, but Nike U. is still going to play loose with the rules to maintain it's competitive advantage.

Guess we'll see if anything more comes from it, but for now, sounds like rumor mill gaga that happens when your playing in a big kahuna game like the NCG or SB.
