The Oregon game was fun when it was a rivalry. It's not anymore. Now it's a revelry for duckberg.

Maybe your lack of enthusiasm comes from a lack of knowledge of your opponents who have problems with a phase of the game that equals your shortcomings, which makes the game just what it is: a tossup. Phil Steele picks the Dawgs as his upset of the week (not that his opinion is valued by many but you may find some confidence in it). Add that to the fact that the weather works for the home team as well as the home field advantage. The balls in your court and you have no excuse for losing this game. I don't think your negativity will affect the team, so I don't intend to watch the game. I will put it on DVR and I will watch it, but only if we win. You could do the same and save your youngster from a miserable four hours.

I asked you in all seriousness why the line was so close as I'm not that up on ASU this year and don't think you gave me this clear of an answer. For whatever reason, you just like going negative on anything I say.

I'm not 'negative'. I'm a realist. Of course we have a chance to win. I just think it will take some turnovers to help us.

You mean you would feel confident about your team when 4 of your RB's are out and the only regular roster RB you have has had 3 knee surgeries over 3 years and hasn't shown he is anything near what he once was?

As for a miserable 4 hours?
It's major college football. Win, lose, whatever. My daughter and I will be on our party bus and we get to see a college game live.

I don't care how bad the weather gets (can't get any worse than last year) it is NEVER a miserable day at the stadium. Even with the blow out losses to Oregon. You may not be happy about the outcome, but that doesn't define the whole experience or you just don't get college football.

I hate Corso. In Jake the Snakes final year of our Rose Bowl run, he picked ASU to lose every game that year. He was wrong every time yet he's kept on the same crap for all thise years. I Don't think he could do that honestly. He's now the clown of the crew and a good role for him.

Gave you the best answer I could, Wiz. You take these lines seriously and I don't pay the least bit of attention to them. Of course, my bets are at the Race track or Blackjack table; I don't bet on football games. If you perceive negativity towards you, it is just because I seem to differ with most views you've had, particularly since your team is a winning team even with its short comings and maybe your expectations. Since out game is pending, I have wondered whether you are putting me on or not. Don't have any negativity towards your personally and if you perceive the same, I do apologize.

Of course, you're going to the game; you support your team as we should. Who knows, the misery may be worth while after all. I've been baked a few times, sometimes its worth while; sometimes I wish I'd stayed home. Don't know until its over.
