Gawd, I don't care who (okay, anyone but USC) makes it but is there any possibility any one of these teams can make it to the final 4?

I think there are 2 teams in the pac good enough for the playoff. Furd and Oregone.

Will they make it? Possible, but I doubt it. The conference is going to work each other all year.

I think we are looking at being one of the conferences shut out of the playoff. Probably win every bowl game too just to confuzzle everything even more.

I am so looking forward to the epic tears that are going to flow this first time around. It's going to be a grand thing to behold. :suds:

IF a 1 loss Bama team is still in the mix AFTER barely beating an Arkie team that should have won (see kicking woes) AND that hasn't won a conference game in 2 years...then the answer to your question is YES!

The trees blew it when they lost to Notre Dame. Only teams that have a chance now are Oregon and UDud (assuming both run the table)

Maybe, maybe not. Furd can still win the conference. The PAC champ deserves a spot, but I dont think they'll get it when its all said and done.

I guarantee there will be at least 1 two loss team in the playoff, probably more.

Probably both come out of the SEC though. :noidea:

Welp that pretty much fucks the PAC right there. No one from the South is going to add any SoS in that stupid CCG

True, there's no top ten team in the South but the North has nothing to brag about either. Maybe Oregon can hang on without another loss, we'll see. There's more top ten teams in Mississippi than there is in the entire PAC, so don't dis the South, dis the PAC which is merely suffering from the parity we have all seen coming.

Screwed AZ out of that game?!? I thought the refs were pretty equally horrible all game.

It's the pac. Every team every game can claim the refs screw job and it's probably right 90% of the time, even for both teams in the same game. That's how we roll.

In a normal year no, but given that the entire division is going upset crazy and the numbers of undefeated and eye test proven teams is declining every week I wouldn't rule out any 1 loss team in the conf at this point.

The same thing that hurts those teams, an overall SoS reduction due to parity, is happening all over other major conferences as well. Miss St in the SEC?

The playoff race is very much up in the air.

It is pretty amazing the difference a team can take on when a walk on o-lineman is replaced with an all American candidate.

The walk on Pearson played and worked his ass off. But he isn't an fbs caliber o-lineman let alone a PAC12 quality one.

It's a multiplier too. Everyone is better not just his spot.

^ Huskies haven't beaten UO since 2002...no?

They kicked our butts up there in 2003 up there. Reggie Williams had a huge day.

I was up there for it and the next day I caught a Seahawks game vs Steelers.

Awesome weekend even though UW and Seahawks both won.

And you know what, I am totally over hating the Seahawks. It is what it is.

Hard to be mad at a team ran so well from the front office and how they play is a joy to watch.

Wilson is MVP and I don't care what anyone else says. He is phenomenal.

Yes exactly.

Offense was a fluid unit again. Went faster, Mariota had time, and running alleys were wide open.

I think UCLA's sucktitude had a small part of the pass rush ineffectiveness though.
