UW has the weakest QB in the conference right now. Doubt any dawg sees that upset coming this year on the road. Their defense sets up well for Oregon's style of offense, but you have to be able to score 30 to beat Oregon and I don't see it with our offense right now. Hell, not sure they can beat Cal on the road for the same reasons.

Freshman beat them last night. But at the risk of pissing off Duck fans, you and I know that Oregon did not look like a top ten team the last two games. They escaped Wazoo but not Zona. Penalties killed them, a very undisciplined team last night. True, overzealous refs may have decided the game in the end, but Mariota did not get the protection he needed and I think he can expect the same from Washington. Things are getting tough in the North. Wazoo on top?

It's football. Players play less than 100% all the time.

Injuries are different. If you are injured then don't play. If you are hurting you play..... Like every other football player ever.

Just another excuse. This coaching staff? Not sold. Stupid penalties, lack of motivation.

Guess he forgot to get his picks in before heading out to the game yesterday. He can still get picks in before tomorrow morning and at least get points for all but the Oregon game.

I see the angle, at least from Arizonas perspective, it was an attempt to make sure the playoff committee was aware.

It's too soon for Oregon to throw the towel in, but I do think they are in trouble. I wasn't ever down on Helfrich other than he being a duck, but now I think theres a reason for real concern there the way things are flowing in duckberg, penalties, defensive lapses etc.

Yeah but when he caught that TD pass and trucked two AZ defenders he didn't look iffy to me.

meh it was a BS call, but no worse than the one AZ received a bit earlier. Both were two of the dumbest flags Ive ever seen.

The one against Oregon all the kid did was take a bow, the one against AZ was even worse imo.

Arizona got screwed by the refs early and often but as the game winded down things got a little more even.
