TBH my worst experience was at Husky stadium when Walsh was the coach at Stanford and Don James had resigned. Man did I get jostled, threatened etc. at that game. That was the game where my car got keyed with "Stanfurd Sucks". Then again I should not have been rocking the Stanford plate frame in enemy territory, so my bad.

Mamba, did you ever drink at a bar (about 5-7 years ago) in Tuscon named Belushe's? It was about 2 blocks from the stadium, if so I was your bartender. As to U of A fans, mot of them are alright, but the contingent of tough guy wannabe's, is in my experience, higher than most places. The nice thing is, they all back down and threaten to sue if you go at them.

:lame:

UA girls are just as hot and disease free.

Let's not exaggerate. Arizona has some serious talent, but the only schools that approach ASU's abundance of it are Texas, Ole Miss and Florida

And harkening back a few pages, the problem with Arizona fans hasn't ever really been the students. Most large public schools have dumb, drunk 19 year olds. They're nothing exceptional. It's the subfaction of unaffiliated natives that always irritated me.

My 2 worst as a visitor were at Washington and Fresno.
Washington because of load obnoxious fan behind me who insisted on getting in my ear anytime UW did something good. Kudos to the fans next to me who I actually had good conversations with. My car was also vandilized in the parking lot due to Oregon stickers and plates.
Fresno the fans threw food and drink into the Oregon fans throuhtout most of the second half.

As far as damaging vehicles. Look no farther than this guy.

http://www.sportshoopla.com/forums/members/uwdawgfan.html

He was bragging about it. He is on record in stating he and his friends get a cash pool together to see who can do the most damage. It was very specific. When his own fellow Husky fans called him out he retracted. Which was a total lie as he was very specific in how many people were in pool and how much cash they collected.

Total dirtbag.

Yeah ol' TF has me number alright, specially on a SUP avi play when the Beavs are 10.5 point dawgs (does TF have any sorrow for me?) Sat nite AND my dumbazz said ok. Probably ought to just put up the ol' "Trojan Glory" now and get it over whiff.

But that's why we play these games Whiz, I figure it's my turn is all.

Beavs won't throw water bottles at yer boyz Mamba, just TD passes on the field of glory is all.
:yahoo:  :suds:
Just so long as he doesn't make you listen to that sick fight song he so proudly puts up so too, too often.:L

My all time high.

Every fan base has their jackasses. Alcohol plays a part in that I'm sure. Some of us can enjoy a few hundred drinks without being an ass to fellow football enthusiasts. I'll have a drink with any of ya regardless of rooting interest. Shit talking is fine as long as it's in good fun. Having said that, fuck all of your teams when they're playing the Utes but we sure as hell can have a drink and discuss it.

I've been to quite a few PAC stadiums and never had any problem. I've always sat in the middle of the opposing fan base with people I know from the other schools, come in early and usually joke around with the people around me before the game starts. Just ignore the idiots a few rows away trying to start a fight and people won't have a problem with you, even the idiots that come to stadiums looking for a fight are usually ok with just talking with you and bitching about the problems on their team when you bitch about the problems on your team.

To be honest, you are really taking risks going to any stadium with your logos on your car. Hell, I don't have husky or seahawk stuff on mine out of concern over random jackasses in parking lots. Also if I take a bus or other transport to a game you know there are assholes that break into cars looking for people obviously at the game and not going to be back for a while.

It's called understanding your surroundings and minimizing risk.

Of course it's not ok for people to do those things, but honestly they are going to happen anywhere and you kind of have to be smarter about where you park and/or what you have on your car.

As for UW fans toward Duck fans, I've been saying this for some time, but it's getting worse and I completely understand why. It's going to keep getting worse too. Why? Well we heard for many years about why duck fans were so bad toward UW fans and why they literally had to fear for their safety going to autzen. We were told it was how arrogant, cocky, and mouthy our fans were when our team was well above yours. People should expect fans to get irate when they are continually abused by another base. Some amount of that backlash was understandable.

The reason it's coming back with more force now that the shoe is on the other foot is we are talking about a base that should know better. You all know full well it wasn't acceptable for our fans to dump on you when we were at the top of the conference and now much of your base is actually acting far worse.

I mean what do you expect? No, seriously? You act like complete fuckwads and want us to kiss your feet?

And until the balance is restored I see no way it doesn't continue to get worse. No one deserves physical abuse or for their cars to be damaged, but I completely understand why it's happening. If your base continues as they are those incidents are going to keep on happening. Maybe you all should follow your own advice from the 90's and stop acting like total jackasses and things can calm down a little. As if that's going to happen.

Who are you talking to Wiz?

You say you....

Referring to me or other Duck fans?

I am an ambassador of peace at football games and tailgaters and have tailgated with a few other Duck fans here. Same kind of peeps.

Not any one person. Speaking about those that had their car damaged (oly for one) and those who have had other issues with UW fans who are ducks. Seem to recall something last year with shaver.

The problem with these things is the ones who are being the assholes to begin with aren't the ones who end up with damaged property or other issues. The hate goes back and forth and innocent people on both sides end up paying for it.

Just saying people might not want to drive their green painted car with a giant O on it and park near the campus next time you all are up here and it's advisable to stay in groups. I'd say the same for our base going down there. Just not safe these days.

Psssh. I will walk alone anywhere I please around Husky Stadium.

Nobody gonna say shit.

I will fly the biggest Duck flag possible at tailgater. I will wear the brightest yellow possible.

I am there for a game and won't be told what I should or shouldn't do.

It is Duck country one weekend a year in October for Seattle

And if I don't the. The Fuskie dick head fans have won. Same goes for y'all. If you can't support your team and fly the colors the dick head Duck fans have won.

UWDawg is one of these fans that tries to cause that type of fear.

Ain't skeered.

Didn't say don't wear your colors, but you all can't be shocked if you have O stuff on your car and it gets keyed while you are at the game.

Which is sad.

I am sure it happens with all huge rivalries.

These are the scumbags of the sports world. We all have them.

In reality, some may be worse. And some may be better.

I have never heard of a Stanford fan acting in this manner.

I go to a football game to enjoy the show and support my team, not some sense of having to mark my territory and dare dickhead drunk opponent fans to vandalize my property, but to each his own. :noidea:

Shameful that we have one here at SportsHoopla that wears his property destruction as a badge of honor.

Could have been a Duck just as easy I suppose.

Our resident tard wanted to poop on FSU.... So, to the point we all have idiots.
