Punt/Kickoff returns for TDs are nice.

So many get called back now days though. I swear everyime I see a good return, even one that doesn't go for a TD I'm expecting a flag. Most of the time I'm right.

Yes, I think we all feel this way BUSC.

The last TD return called back on the Bruins that I can remember was @ Virginia where dude lost his helmet on the play and put it back on.

He was flagged for continuing to play and the TD was called back.

I think that a BS rule because what's the guys suppose to do?

Run off the field?

Stand there or do nothing?

Neither makes sense because you still look like your playing when running off the field and if you stop play you are set up to take a big hit...

I also find it funny how you can block a guy in the back on a run or a run after the catch during an offensive play but it's a no no on a return. And don't tell me it's because they are engaged so it's legal because you see them still get the flag engaged or not on the block in the back.

What's the freaking difference?

Don't you have to own the historical WL record to even begin to claim another state? Even with all the Nike purchased wins the past two decades, the Huskies still own the record.

The good news...

Made my vacation plans this week... Going to Europe for a week and a half!! Italy & Germany & I am stoked!!

The bad news....

Wifey was restricted as to when she can take time off and now my other plans to tailgate & BBQ some Duck at the Rosebowl for the Oregon game is nixed...

Our departure is 3pm on that Saturday so I could end up missing the game in total as last I checked the game time was still TBD

Still holding out hope though that both are undefeated going into that match up and it's a College Game Day in Westwood!!
