Mora has quickly built a winner and the best coach crew you've had in ages. Recruiting lights out. Could of jumped ship to Texas and earned a ton of respect by sticking to his commitment to UCLA.

But I'm glad it happened for that school on that night. I've always told bama fans i'd rather play the Fresno States , the Boston Colleges even at their house with the possibility they could win . rather than play South West Northern Texas at home every year.

Bad week for almost everyone in the pick'em. Out of the 9 possible points per person, only two got more than half of that. The rest of us had bad weeks. Still, most of us are just a few points out of striking range to reach the top of the season standings.

Hang in there. Long season with lots more opportunities to have a solid week.

When I saw all of those bandana's and heard the reason for them, my first thought was "That is really cool". My second thought was: "If they feed off of that emotion, we could be in trouble".

Based on how he looked on the sideline I wouldn't be surprised if that was his last game at ASU.

At the very least he's not playing against UCLA.

We saw enough to know that the backup qb is not nearly ready despite 3 years at school. Defense's tackling is so bad that being young and untested cannot explain how bad it is. If CO had eliminated the turnovers, they could have beaten us straight up. Special teams continue to amaze as well. Actually, expecting anything more at this point is probably not reasonable. We need the offense to pick up the defense but without Kelly, there's little chance of that happening. But then, other teams in the South seem to be having their own problems as well. We'll see.

Been lurking more than posting. TBT the NFL has me kind of turned off a bit with football. Not only all of the thug aspects but the way the refs are calling things this year....

In a radio interview after the game Graham said that Kelly is "absolutely fine." But judging from his face on the sideline, he's done. It'll be very interesting to see how Berco does when he has time to prepare knowing that he's the starter. Much different player than Kelly but if Norvell can play to his strengths who knows.

Losing 2 captains in the first conference game of the season sucks. Hopefully this doesn't sink the season.

Agreed. My expectations for the season weren't too high to begin with considering the amount of freshman we're starting. What can not happen however is a significant step back. We have to go to a decent bowl game this year to protect recruiting. Good news is White is already signed, sealed, and delivered. Want Kirk bad!

CBS is quoting AZCentral as saying that in the post-game interview Graham said Kelly was fine. Nothing on AZCentral yet but they may report something tomorrow. More likely Graham won't discuss it at all.
