Ha. Oh, Skip. Skip Bayless:

Fox is treating Peyton like he's Flacco and Harbaugh is treating Flacco like he's Peyton.

I thought I heard Von Miller got injured. Anyone know?

He was clutching his lower back after hitting Flacco at one point, and was helped off by trainers. But he came back in after a play or two. Not sure what his current status is.

Denver is in some trouble after that call. They are creeping closer and closer to striking distance

Seems like there have been a LOT of close/controversial calls this game.

Not the most natural hands catcher or even close. Credited with 6 drops coming into today's game. Tied for 38th most in the NFL among WRs. However, he had the 23rd (tied) best WR drop rate in the NFL (among WRs who played 50% of team's snaps) when catchable targets are factored in.

I thought for a ball to be called a drop it had to be catchable and obviously had to be a target. So I don't understand the difference between these two stats. I know the difference between drop rate and total drops, obviously. I just don't understand the "when catchable targets are factored in" part. Any help?

Their definition of drop rate is the percentage of drops a receiver makes relative to the number of catchable balls thrown their way. That's the best I got.

Thanks, the stats you gave us, the way they (?) worded it sounded like he was bad in total drops (including non-catchable ones) but good when only catchable ones were taken into account. That's what got me thinking, aren't all drops catchable by definition? Otherwise, they'd just be incompletes, on the QB. Was it really just total vs. rate the whole time and the last line just threw me off?
