Glad your okay man. But I will pick on Fords I never had good luck with them.

Yeah right, the last 9 trucks I owned were Ford and have only had a problem with 1. Let's hear a Dodge or Chebby owner say that..
Well, say it dammit!!!
And I mean trucks that were put to work, not grocery getters that look pretty sitting in the driveway.

I got papa's 85 Chevy S10 in 89 (used in our family's construction co, not a grocery getter until I got it) it ran great and I had it until I got my 98 Chevy Silverado (my first new 'car') :) then sold the S10. I was in KW in 2008 saw my old truck (still had my Garfield mudflaps and Nascar stickers). My 98 is my current ride and I love it. Best thing is no car payments, makes filling up less painful.

I've been a Chevy/GM girl my whole life.

I wish I had no payments, have 1 yr left on my buick but not sure if I can wait that long.. My 1st car was a Pontiac, good little ride, I've had Chevy's, Mercury's, Ford's and Buicks.. Can't say I'm stuck on any of them they've all costed me money, lol

We bought my wifes '98 brand new, she still drives it. No payments since '01 gotta love it for sure.
But an S10 would be for driving back and forth to jobs, not pulling equipment.
Although I believe it was a good truck, it wasn't working.:ss:

That would be frustrating Ghost, They say when it rains it pours, so you have had the pouring now it's time for the sunshine
