Don't get me wrong. I don't mind watching a race, and sometimes enjoy it. I just don't follow it. And all I really know about it is that I'm supposed to hate Kyle Busch. Or so the barmaid at the Lodge tells me. She's a big NASCAR fan, and I'm a big fan of HER, so I root against Busch.

A friend of mine once said that the best thing about drag racing was that it made NASCAR look like a thinking man's sport.

I thought that was a little...extreme.
