We just got a new Kodak, of all brands. lol
But it was cheap. The old HP we had was getting so bad it would only fax one page at a time. That sucks when you could have 10 or more invoices to the same contractor.

Exact problem I was having.
The auto document feeder gave up the ghost, and had to hand feed it.
Looked at the Kodak, they say they have the lowest ink prices??
HP was killing me in ink.

Well the printer, scan and copy all worked great. So if you don't fax a lot you should be fine with it.
We've only had this Kodak for a short time, for all I know it'll go to shit in a month down the road. lol

The HP's seem to last about 5 years, we went through two since '02.

Yeah my HP was 8 yrs. old, can't expect them to last forever?
Most parts still worked fine. The new one is smaller, the old one was kind of a beast...
