Downloaded them on to my laptop, but can't get it on the hoop?

If you loaded them into your pictures click advanced, go to the paperclip, clip choose file then browse, click the pic, then click upload, then submit. You won't see anything but it is there you may have to comment on it though before you submit. It will come across as an attachment.
