Steelers outside linebacker James Harrison could know as early as Tuesday if he will he fined or suspended -- or both -- for a helmet-to-helmet hit that left Browns quarterback Colt McCoy with a concussion.

Harrison said he expects to find out if the NFL will discipline him Wednesday, which is generally the first day players are notified that they have been fined for an on-field offense.

Harrison is set to make $5.33 million in 2011, meaning the loss of a game check will cost him $215,294.

Harrison should appeal the suspension toward the end of the week, and keep it from going into effect before Monday. Let him sit out the Rams game, or better yet, the second Browns game. What the Hell, the "violation" was against the Browns' QB.
