Truth. My father would have paddled my ass for using that "word." He believed in proper grammar, table manners, the works. Never wore a hat indoors, and always stood up if a woman approached our table in a restaurant (not the waitress, of course).

Yeah, that was kinda interesting LOC.

All this article proves is stats can be a waste of time. Worse still, these type of stats just help the writer feel better about a team that isn't undefeated compared to a team that currently is, but he obviously doesn't like.

There is only one stat that will matter - who wins XLVI.
[I've said it before & I'll say it again: 14-6 > 18-1]


Until we find out here is an interesting stat: GB is currently undefeated [will they go 16-0? Pretty good chance. Will they go 19-0? I hope so, but the 3 games that matter will be against very quality opponents, if they have the privilege to play them.]

One other stat worth noting: GB wins their games by 13.2 points [appx], on average.

That ain't too shabby.

It's on broadcast here, since I'm in the Brownies' viewing area. I think it's good that "cable only" games must be on at least one broadcast channel in both teams' home viewing areas. Otherwise, my vote would be "fuck the cable channels."
