lol...no okra..but going to make hushpuppies and green's,slaw(homemade),mac n cheese,baked been's and finally garlic biscut's!..oh..my fish seasoning is by Zatarain's!!

okra is just one of those foods that is difficult to get right, but if you can it is fantastic!

Crystal hot sauce... make sure you get that right

I like okra is small doses.... fried okra (once every 10 years or so...) okra and tomaters (about the same, once every 10 years or so....)

okra in my gumbo ~ every fuckin time! gumbo ain't gumbo without okra

Afternoon, everyone. Lonnnnng day...wrok had me running all over a 3-county area. Lunch consisted of a pack of peanut butter crackers and some Fudge Stripe cookies, so all this talk of good Southern cooking is killin' me! I like okra, BTW, if it's done right.
