Real Frank's and real butter...both are ESSENTIAL to authentic wings, according to my best friend. He came from Buffalo, but now lives and wroks in the Burgh. He's been to the Anchor Bar, where the Buffalo-style wing was invented, many times. Far as he's concerned, any deviation from the original recipe is blasphemy.
