Gotta disagree with you gg.

If you were in TTs shoes - you should hope you'd do the same.
The time was what it was = play AR or lose him.
'07 championship was lost by a guy who believed he was all that mattered.

The right choice was made at the right time.

Later, bud.

your opinion on this is fine I am allowed mine I would have put up with him Rodgers still had a year left on his contract,I would have played Favre 1 more season and then if he didn't get it done then he would have left

I think Rodgers needed that season to get his shit together, it looks like everything is in slow motion for him now.

Rodgers is fine better and more durable than I thought possible but anyone who thinks he will play as long as Favre did is dreaming those kinds of runs are gone never happen again

gg -
no sweat
btw - I hope his start streak isn't broken either.
I remember the Steeler game whaen he was hit so hard he was puking up blood. Came out for the rest of that series, then finished the game.
Or the time he got his ankle wrecked in the Humpty-Dome, and started the next week & shredded the Bears.
Not sure there was a tougher Hombre in the '90s

the year the saints won it all that still sticks in my craw, their whole game plan was knock out the other teams QB it was the only way they could beat WARNER OR FAVRE,KNOCK THEM OUT OF THE GAME

as far as I am concerned they played dirty in both playoff games

Isn't that a bit ironic coming from a fan of a team with the most fined player last year?
Before you get all upset - I'm not saying the Steelers are a dirty team.

Heard an unusually acceptable opinion from Skip Bayless on the radio today on the subject of the Lions Suh being a "dirty player". He said he'd want that rep for his team = make the QB worry where he was coming from next.

The Saints won the game - pointless to argue now.

yeah they won it but their whole game plan revolved around knocking out the other teams QB,remember Warner retired Favre should have, I watched the whole damned game it was plan to see the intent was to injure the QB,,,but I can see how a Packer fan could over look the obvious seeing as Bret Favre is such a low down piece of shit in many Packer fans eyes
