the old company was bought out by L&H out of Gillette Wyoming, they raised the pay scale and paid the insurance, supposed to be bonuses and all the bullshit was supposed to be gone.

also since I was fired I didnt leave on my terms. I was $20,000.00 in debt 2 years ago, this place took that to less than 8 thou in that time, not bad.

now i get to leave on my terms, and even though they will never get the message, I still need to sent it!

just yesterday for example I busted my ass for two hours, went out to have a final smoke since I cant ever smoke again, and the office manager came out to leave, I said hi, she left, and came back 2 minutes later to tell the GM I was not working, he came out to ask when my job was going to be done, mostly to satisfy that bitch. but still, I work and take a break when I need, not just to fuck off. they just dont get it, its fucking HOT in that shed they call a building, people need to hydrate and relax avery few hours!

I had to wait from June to Oct 1 once, I gave written notice on Sept 14, for two weeks the bitch that owned the agency asked me 50 times what they could do to keep me, I just smiled and said, "not a thing, because YOU have done everything to make me WANT to leave" She was fuming...I felt great after that! Best two weeks I ever had there were those last two weeks.
