I've been experimenting lately. I've really gotten into grilling over the past couple years. I usually go with teriyaki, but today I am trying a pineapple marinade.

Soy sauce
Honey
Cider Vinegar
Garlic
Pineapple
Ginger
Cloves

sounds good

I use teriyaki 1/2 bottle , Worcestershire (about 7 shakes) ,soy 2 tblsp ,and sesame oil 3tblsp

Pork steaks tonight sound good Misko.
We did a pork loin cut into steaks for the 4th...it seems to be a tradition now for us.

I havent had them for awhile .. with bbq sauce on them they taste every bit as good as ribs .

What kind of Teriyaki do you use? I've been wanting to try some of the stuff I see at the stores, but I've always gone the cheap route and gotten the kikkoman marinade.
