lol ~ no, I've been good with Patron and no bruises.

In 2005, I had surgery, fucked up my C6 real bad, had to have it replaced, screwed down with titanium screws and plate. A few specific dr's orders include no lifting anything over 40 lbs, ever in my life, no one can ever work on my neck such as massage, chiropractor, etc.

I've pushed things like 42lb bag of cat litter, shit like that... well, my kayak is 76 lbs. On Monday, my bff Susan and I went to the Wakulla River, we loaded our kayaks, then paddled all day, loaded them back up... in all that, whether the lifting or the way I sittin for 6 hours, fucked me up. I've had nerve damage pain in my left shoulder, arm, forefinger and thumb and my right leg, knee, foot and big toe for a week. It's not been pretty or fun.... pain sucks :sad:

when I walked out of Shands hospital, I was so grateful to walk out, there was a chance I wouldn't, I swore I would not put myself back there. I will be good. I don't want to be in a wheelchair either.
