how have ya been rie ?

I'm ok, took it slow all day yesterday, gonna do the same today. No lifting, no reaching over my head, babying my shoulder and no strain on my back, it felt better yesterday but this morning, I woke up to the same shit as before. I'll be fine and I'm looking at getting some kayaking equipment to help me with loading en sech. That 40lb weight lifting requirement my dr. put me on (for the rest of my life) is no joke. I pushed it, and won't ever again.
