I will say the field does look nice.

It's in an old part of the city with a wetland/wash to the East and not much else around it. Pretty much 1 road in/1 road out. That's why UNLV wants this next to Thomas & Mack, on campus:

Tennessee is doing renovations on Neyland Stadium, which should be complete around 2014. Here is a rendering.

Didn't hear about a glass roof. Part of this is fixing up Thomas & Mack, adding more things so the students don't have to leave campus:
housing
restaurants
stores

I wish someone with money would just come in & build it, telling the state to F'Off. It will be a money maker and if those fools get past the ego BS it would help this economy a lot.

I've been to laramie a hand full of times, used to go to snowy range a couple times a year.......
