Be honest, what he's actually done is steady the ship of state and that's impressive in the manner in which he's done that. Bottom lining this, can this team win a SB with Kirk, absolutely!!! But, he will be the facilitator and not the impetus in such a win like many others who have won SB on the energy of the team that they were on.

That doesn't mean he is anything more than a facillitator. Your words said there are varying degrees. Going by your logic, if Brady can win 16 games, Cassell can win 11, then KC is about one or two games worse than Brady because KC is at least three games better than Cassell.

I played 3 (football, baseball and basketball) sports in high school, football, baseball and ran track in college, got hood drafted played football in the military (tackle has since been banned) came out finished first leg of school and got a chance to play some minor league baseball as a favor to a favor from a friend. From then on it was education, education, education, via G.I. Bill.

Sure did, I said it then and say it now, the way that college football is being played there's going to be a much higher failure rate if teams aren't willing to take the time to transition them into the NFL game. (I believe that you agreed to this) Take a moment and look at Watson, who does he remind YOU of from an NFL perspective?

You guys are too Kirk sensitive. Not once in either thread did I disparage Kirk Cousins, but you guys write as if I did. Maybe it's because nobody wants to entertain the idea that what @Sharkinva has been saying to this point hurts your feelings when it comes to Cousins.

You HAVE to ask anyone who is a DC fan, why they were NOT impressed with the performance of C. Wentz ( you are allowed to do that you know) last night because if you were and can't imagine Dan Snyder wanting a Wentz type because we have Kirk, then you truly are Kirk-blind.

Wentz is clearly better than Cousins in only his 2nd year. That much is evident. KC is really good and may even get better in my opinion. What he won't do is take our team to a Super bowl under Gruden.

I will simply point out that as little as eight weeks ago, some thought Pryor, Doctson and Perine would be BETTER in this offense than Jackson, Garcon and for muck sake Matt Jones.

You guys are wayyyyy the fuck over estimating what Kirk is in this Offense. Put in any of the aforementioned "impetus" players and then notice the difference. You'll all soon forget about ole' Kirk. Matt Casell in this offense would be competent as would a number of players. One, that I've mentioned before, would be a better fit in this offense than Kirk. Casell producing equal or better numbers than Kirk....who knows? The other guy...YUP!!

This is the kind of shit that happens to starving people, when you give them actual shit to eat. It will be the best shit that they have ever eaten. Now I'm not saying that Kirk is shit (that's for the nit pickers to do) but at the risk of saying this, competence is something that this fan base has been starving for...for a very long time. That's your opinion, you're entitled to it, you guys give no credit to Gruden and how well designed this offensive system is. Kirk might be three games better than Casell, but that would only be the case cold coming in. Just as Kirk has learned to limit his mistakes so could Casell.

We are talking about the same MAtt Cassell right?? 35 year old, 58.9% completion ratio been through seven teams Matt Cassell?? This is the guy you would tab to not only equal, but be better than Cousins??
