I wasn't sure where to put this vent, so its going here. Couts is now 1-7 in the SO. He skates straight ahead and shoots into the goalies pads every time. In addition he has missed his last 5 break away chances. If I see him in another SO I will probably throw up right then and there.

All five of the breakaway chances could've won us the game.

I should have worded that differently. A big part of the article reinforces the position awaz and I have taken on the Schultz issue.

It also made we realize we are weak at LW as well. Raffl is our #1. Everyone wants moves, myself included, but these contacts that Homer gave out have screwed us this and next year.

Nick Cousins is putting together a pretty good year at Lehigh Valley. 53 GP, 17-31-48, +1, 56 PM. He is a little undersized at 5-11 177 lbs.

We could really use a top level LW. The best at LV is Taylor Leier. He is 23, 5-11 and 177 lbs. Stat line 50 GP, 13-13-26, -5 and 14 PM. He and Cousins need to hit the buffet.

You're not kidding. Go hit the Golden Coral twice a week.

I like Leier to be a 3rd/4th liner for the future Flyers. He's fairly reliable defensively I think and isn't a complete liability offensively.

Cousins I think could be a 'new age' style 4th liner. Decent offense, lots of energy, pest to play against. I was worried about his progression the past couple years, but this year has been kind of a revitalizing season for him.

Mason due back Thursday but not expected to start until Sunday. He should not be back until 100% ready which means starting.
